Mirrors (or Miroirs d’été) is beautiful if a little lacking in substance and a satisfying end. At its essence it’s about a teen coming to terms with his sexuality… well it’s supposed to be. I get it, I do but with so many questions left it felt underwhelming. That being said, the use of light and sound added to the wondrous sense of exploration. It just wasn’t deep enough, or ended too soon – either way I needed something more.
Things I Liked: 1 - Use of light and sound Things I Didn't Like: 1 - Unanswered questions
