“Cady Heron is a hit with The Plastics, the A-list girl clique at her new school, until she makes the mistake of falling for Aaron Samuels, the ex-boyfriend of alpha Plastic Regina George.”

… in 1 word:
Quotable.

… in 10 words:
Possibly the most quotable film ever and best chick-flick ever.

… in 100 words:
This review was hard. I thought “Oh I’ve seen Mean Girls a lot, it’ll be a breeze!” But I’ve found it hard to detach myself and not be caught up with all the quotes. The way I’ve tackled it is by looking at it in comparison to its sequel (to be reviewed). So what makes Mean Girls great beyond the quotable lines? Well the soundtrack fits well with what happens on screen. The costumes perfectly echo the storyline and relationships. And… well it’s just so quotable. Surely that’s an accolade in itself? Though I guess The Room is also quotable…

Now go and watch it…
