What Franswa Sharl does well is that it evokes the sense of being on holiday in Fiji with family and friends. The dynamics within each individual family and the dynamics between the families are quickly established through a series of scenes which are fairly funny. Callan McAuliffe gives a believable and charming performance which culminates in the funniest scene of all; a pageant. I won’t spoil it for you but if you do have 14 minutes to spare, you could do worse than watch this cohesive bundle of sun, sea and… I’m not sure what alliterative word would hit here.
